When you make a rich Bavarian-style lager, you use the best Bavarian toasted malts and a lot of them, the best German noble hops, a traditional Bavarian lager yeast... Do it right. And then lager it. Take your time. Do it right. We did this one right; rich toast, light spicy hops, pillowy soft mouth feel, and a crisp but lasting finish that can only be accomplished by, you guessed it, Doing it right.

Malpais Stout

A meal in a glass. Brewed with 7 different malts, you should be ready for a full onslaught of creamy stout intensity. Broadly in the style of a Foreign Extra Stout, this is our heaviest and most intense year-round offering.

Too snobby for a good ol’ beer? Looks like beer... Smells like beer... Tastes like beer... it’s BEER. Our aptly named lager is light in body but substantial enough in flavor to let you know that yes.. You are drinking beer.

And make sure you have one of those floaty things for your sunglasses 'cause it's gonna be a lake day! Soak up the sun with this super summer sipper of a hazy IPA. .

Juntos

The devastating wildfires in our state have affected our neighbors and friends greatly, and they need our help. This Friday we will be releasing Juntos, an India Pale ale. Proceeds of this canned offering will be donated to the All Together New Mexico Fund. All Together NM will use it to help those in our state who have been directly impacted by these widespread fires. This will be a taprooms-only release.

Fat Otis

Every year the Katmai National Park hosts its annual Fat Bear Week, a competition that pits its bear residents against each other in a head-to-head, bracketed championship. The winner? Whichever one of these fuzzy buddies gains the most weight for winter. This year Otis, one of the park's elderly residents, took 1st place, making him a 4-time champion. Here’s to you, Otis. You really do put the major in Ursa Major. ⁠

German design, from Bauhaus modernism to contemporary poster culture, has always been sleek, crisp, efficient, with a tendency to design honestly and focus on the necessities. It allows for the true artistry of simplicity to shine through. But don't be fooled by an absence of complication, minimalism is one of the hardest things in design to execute well. And much like modernism, german or otherwise, a well-executed Pilsner is truly a thing of beauty. Minimalism creates a beer that is beautiful in its crisp, efficient simplicity. A simplicity that is deceivingly complex and beautiful. Brewed honestly and with a focus on necessities, this is one of the hardest beers to get right, and this german pils might just be a masterclass in German design.

Take a break from the cathedral of sound that is your everyday life, soak in the smoothness of the bass and percussion as you sip this soft, juicy masterpiece of a hazy DIPA.

Wicked Good

Wicked Good Double IPA defines the style of the east-coast hazy IPA. Orange juice and piña colada burst though on the nose. This one will be a limited, taprooms only release. Gone when it's gone. Don't miss out!

Choco Lux

Smooth, full-bodied, and chocolaty. All things that describe Choco-Lux, a chocolate stout brewed with 2 pounds-per-barrel of cacao nibs and lactose for added body. It's time to indulge.

Strawberry Gose

The Gose style is a sour and salted ale synonymous with the town of Leipzig in Germany. We bring new life to this style with the addition of strawberries which pair beautifully with the tart and briney quality of this classic.

Café con Leche

*This beer contains both lactose and caffeine* Starting with a rich sweet stout base, we added both lactose to the kettle and 20 lbs. of locally roasted Cutbow Coffee espresso to the finished beer. The result is an aroma that is brimming with java and chocolate, an incredibly full mouthfeel and a creamy sweet finish

Siren Song

You and me and the Devil makes three. After 10 months in Old Fitzgerald Barrels, this enormous Imperial Red has developed long, rich caramel, vanilla flavors powerful enough to lure any sailor off course. Go to sleep ya little baby.

Terminally Chill

What’s the time? It’s time to get chill! Land waste deep in this pillow of haze with big orange, pine, and coconut and a silky-smooth body and finish.

La Negra

Big, black, beautiful; La Negra is our Bourbon barrel-aged Russian Imperial Stout, brewed with our British Pale malt, and an enormous amount of roasted malts. As in the past, we collected a copious amount of sticky wort, and then further fortified it with a very long boil. The resulting beer has a big bourbon and raisin nose,an enormously rich body and a bittersweet cocoa finish.

Gilded Age

Harkening back to a time when pale malts had not yet even been created, our deep black Porter is rich but balanced, intensely chocolaty but not burnt.

Acclimated APA

Elevate, elevate, elevate… It’s what we’ve been doing for 8 years now. We’re really, really good at it. But we’re looking to settle into the warmer months with something just as compelling as our world class IPAs, but less elevating. Acclimated APA. It’s what IPA drinkers drink when they’re not drinking IPA.
