Elevated IPA

Our award-winning gold medal masterpiece, Elevated IPA. If there's one beer we are known for, it's this. Using the highest-quality ingredients, including carefully selected whole-cone Chinook hops, this is a marker of what we think a good West Coast-style IPA should taste like. India Pale Ale

Slice of Hefen

A traditional take on a Bavarian classic! In our taprooms, it is poured into a 23-oz. Hefe glass, this beer is served mit hefe with a voluminous white head. The aroma is everything we love in the style: clove, banana, and vanilla. The body is rich and creamy, yet finishes fairly dry and is as refreshing as any beer you’ll drink here or anywhere else.

Hefeweizen

A meal in a glass. Brewed with 7 different malts, you should be ready for a full onslaught of creamy stout intensity. Broadly in the style of a Foreign Extra Stout, this is our heaviest and most intense year-round offering.

Acclimated

Aroma, flavor, and experience are good ways to summarize this humble offering. Created in the aftermath of our award-winning IPAs, our APA (American Pale Ale) boasts a big hop nose, smooth drinkability, and less alcohol than our claim to fame. Less intense but just as flavorful, a good go-to beer for every occasion.
