Soured Farmhouse Ale

Persica: aged in white wine barrels with peaches.

Piña: aged in Tequila barrels with Pineapple.

Both farmhouse ales are bottle-conditioned to a high level of carbonation; this wonderfully effervescent beer dances with complex aromatics.


Persica: Alcohol By Volume: 7.8%

Piña: Alcohol By Volume: 9.3%
