Playhouse wet hop IPA

Within just 8 hours of being picked, 150 lbs. of Chinook wet hops were thrown into our hopback and the wort of this scrumptious IPA passed over them to extract their incredibly fragrant oils. We then dry-hopped the beer with Talus, Ekuanot, and Simcoe to give an intense stone and tropical fruit nose. Bone dry, this beer finishes quite bitter with only enough Vienna malt to lightly balance all of the glorious hops.
