Ahh champurrado…

That creamy, frothy, delicious Mexican staple. Champurrado is traditionally made with cinnamon, vanilla, and milk. Welcome to Molinillo Stout, our easy drinking February 2017 release. A Molinillo is a turned wood whisk developed by the Pre-Columbian people to stir hot chocolate and champurrado. They are still in use today in some parts of Central and South America. This heavenly stout combines several of the spices found in champurrado, with Lactose and cocoa nibs added for good measure. The resulting beer has all of the enticing aromas of fresh cinnamon and cocoa and the rich, thick body of its namesake. Molinillo Stout is best enjoyed with good friends, family, and churros.
